About us

We’re building the boring parts of operations, properly

TechITEasyPro is an early-stage startup. Two products, one belief: the software that decides what you buy and how you pay for it should be as good as the software that sells to your customers.

Mission and vision

Mission

Give small and mid-sized businesses the same quality of decision-making software that large enterprises pay a fortune for — without the data team, the six-month rollout or the enterprise invoice.

Vision

One operations stack where the stock plan, the purchase order, the approval and the invoice are the same story — not four systems that disagree with each other at month end.

Why two products

The two problems we kept seeing

They look like separate problems. They’re the same problem at two ends of the same process — which is why we’re building both.

Problem one: inventory chaos

Operators were making six-figure purchasing decisions from a spreadsheet and a gut feeling. Either the shelf was empty on the busiest day, or cash sat in stock nobody wanted. Forecasting tools existed, but they were priced and designed for enterprises with a data team.

Problem two: broken procurement and invoicing

The same businesses ran purchasing over email, chat and a shared folder. Nobody could answer “who approved this?” or “what have we actually committed to spend?” without an afternoon of archaeology — and invoices quietly aged past due in an inbox.

Founding story

How TechITEasyPro started

TechITEasyPro began with a pattern we couldn’t unsee. Every growing business we talked to — a DTC brand, a four-outlet café group, a regional distributor — had roughly the same two spreadsheets doing roughly the same two impossible jobs: guessing demand, and keeping track of what had been ordered, approved and paid.

The tools that solved these problems well were built for companies a hundred times their size. Everything affordable was either a glorified stock counter or a form builder with an approval button bolted on. Nothing connected the decision to buy with the process of buying.

So we scoped two products instead of one. StockPilot answers what should we buy, and when. ProcuFlow answers how does that actually get ordered, approved and paid. Both are pre-launch today, being built alongside a small group of design partners who tell us — bluntly — what’s missing.

Where we are now: StockPilot is in MVP development; ProcuFlow is in concept validation. If you run an operation that fits either description, we’d genuinely like to hear from you.

Our values

How we work

Four commitments we’d like to be held to as we build.

Honest about the stage

We say pre-launch when we’re pre-launch. No fake dashboards, no invented customer counts, no roadmap dates we can’t hold.

Useful beats clever

A forecast nobody acts on is a party trick. Every model output has to end in a clear, defensible decision.

Built with operators

Design partners see the work early and often. If a feature doesn’t survive contact with a real stockroom, it doesn’t ship.

Your data stays yours

Export or delete anything, anytime. We don’t sell data, and one customer’s numbers never train another customer’s answers.

The team

Who’s building this

A small founding team. These profiles are placeholders while we finalise roles and bios.

Founder & CEO

Product & operations

Spent years watching growing businesses lose margin to bad stock decisions and slow approvals. Leads product direction and design-partner conversations.

Founding Engineer

Platform & ML

Owns the forecasting models and the data platform underneath StockPilot — from ingestion through to the recommendation you actually see.

Founding Designer

Experience & research

Turns messy procurement realities into workflows people finish. Runs the research sessions that shape ProcuFlow’s approval model.
